We are excited to announce that our North Pole Grotto is back and we think it’s going to be better than ever! Santa, Mrs Claus and 2 of their magical Elves will be once again visiting the farm.

When you arrive at the Farm, you will check in and receive your ticket to the North Pole. If you’re nice and early, please enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate or a festive mulled wine for adults before your North Pole adventure begins and don’t worry if you have to head straight in, the drinks will be hot and waiting after your visit!

Your experience will start with Twinkle the Elf taking you through Santa’s Toy Work Shop. Here you will meet Dasher the Singing reindeer whilst you make some magical reindeer food for Christmas Eve.

As part of your experience, you will also meet Mike the singing polar bear, sit in Santa’s Sleigh and meet Mrs Claus, to check you’re on the nice list before you go to meet Santa.

Once Santa is ready, he will call you all into his office for a magical chat, and give each child a special gift. Don’t forget to have your cameras ready for photo opportunities with Santa in his office and in his sleigh.

This year we will also be providing you with a printed photo taken by one of Santa’s Elves.
